In SuperDOM, 'Buy' is left and 'Sell' is right.
Is it possible to change the location of both?

There are no SuperDOM window settings that would allow you to switch the location of the quick order buttons on the SuperDOM.
If you would like me to submit a feature request to the Development team on your behalf so they take adding this option into consideration for a future release, I would be happy to do so.
