Hello hdge4u,
Thank you for your inquiry and for using NinjaTrader!
Resetting the Sim101 account will eliminate these orders if they've become stuck. To manage, edit, or reset your Sim101 account, do the following:- Go to the Control Center > Accounts window
- Right-click on the Sim101 account > select 'Edit Account'
- In this window, you may change the Initial Cash Size for your Sim101 account, as well as add other features such as Commissions and Risk Templates
- To apply the changes, click on the 'reset' button at the bottom of the window. You may need to restart the platform for these changes to take full effect.

Hello hdge4u,
Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, with the Sim101 account, that would not be possible. The solution is to clear the account when a situation like this arises since the orders live locally in your database and not in a server-side location.

Right click on 'Sim101' and choose 'Edit account...'
from the context menu. A dialog appears.
In the lower right, look for 'reset'.
After clicking 'reset' you'll see a popup confirmation
dialog with a checkbox for the 'Clear history' option.
Make sure the 'Clear history' checkbox is unchecked.
Click 'Yes' ... that should reset the account but retain
your trade history.

Hello bltdavid & hdge4u,
Thanks for the assist!
I do just want to mention that sometimes leaving this option unchecked does not always result in the removal of stuck pending orders. You are definitely welcome to try it that way first, then try again with the 'Clear history' option selected afterward if the orders remain.
Either way, I appreciate bltdavid for mentioning the option as it is a great thing to be aware of and was an oversight on my part.
Thanks again and I hope both of you have a wonderful day!Zachary S.NinjaTrader Customer Service
