demo expired Apex/nt8

1. hello guys i took a 50k apex account. Since it's the evaluation phase, it runs on demo/simulation. But the demo expired today. It says that the nt account licence is included in the apex 50K account price, but i guess they were talking about the definitive funded account and not the eval, right? thank you.

This isn't a Ninjatrader Platform issue... This is an APEX connection issue and you should address that to APEX support...

When you sign up for an evaluation at APEX, you get real-time live data through APEX and Rithmic is the provider... The APEX customer support site has TONS of videos and help there at the website. A LARGE part of being a trader is being self-sufficient and helping yourself through these kinds of situations... And the market is closed until Sunday at 1800EST so that will add to whatever issues you have...
