Connection lost to the NinjaTrader Historical Data Server: hds-us-nt-013.ninjatrader

Hi,

I've been getting this message this evening. It showed up during NT8's loading. It didn't affect connecting to IBKR or Kinetick - EOD for data. But i couldn't pull data from Coinbase for BTCUSD and ETHUSD.

Why is this happening?

I'm receiving the same error. I have flushed the DNS. It does not appear to be a connectivity issue.

Ditto on the ES and NQ charts. Have not tried others.

Prevents charts from loading. Charts remain empty excepting the "Loading..." in the upper left corner.

I am not getting an error message but the charts won't load on replay data. It's a big deal. Need that replay data.

My charts are not loading correctly either. Neither are the indicators.

I can't understand why "Simulated Data Feed" charting not works now? But DOM & Time&Sales works. Only charting not loading.
Is "Simulated Data Feed" charting related with "PlayBack" history server, which is not working now as per many last messages in this forum?

Hello,

I have been getting the same issue since yesterday evening after market close.
NQ 06-24 data won't load. The Log shows the following error messages

"Connection lost to the historical data server hds-us-nt-009.ninjatrader.com"
"Connection lost to the Ninjatrader Information server is-us-nt-005.ninjatrader.com"

I have restarted Ninjatrader but that did not help.

Are Ninjatrader historical data servers down?
When will they be up again?

The NinjaTrader historical data servers are currently down and have been all morning. They frequently schedule maintenance activities for weekends during the market closure - especially on Saturdays. I would suggest to use Kinetick or another feed for today, or take a break and try again tomorrow closer to market hours. You can bet they will be up and operating normally by tomorrow (Sunday) at 6 pm ET for the open and probably sooner.

Is "Simulated Data feed" connects to historical server too? I can see DOM is updating without problems, but not Charts.

Simulated Data Feed would use the historical server insofar as it needs to load the historical context for the start of the simulation if it is not already on your computer.
