can't download market replay data

Are they doing some kind of maintenance Friday night? I tried multiple times to download market replay data, it just stuck on loading data and nothing happens afterward. Anyone else have the same issue? Internet is working obviously. I will try again tomorrow.

Thanks for replying, glad I am not the only one. It's probably not ninja, it could be CQG or CME datafeed provider. Hopefully working tomorrow.

There was an issue over the weekend regarding historical and market replay data being downloaded from our servers. This has now been resolved, so if you continue to have issues please restart the platform and try again. If the issue persists, please write to our support team so we may look into further.
