Unhandled Exception Index was out of range.

I'm seeing NT 8.1.1.7 64-bit come up with the following message.

Unhandled exception: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index

I'm not sure what is causing this. Could this be an NT issue or caused by a chart indicator?
