Ninja Won't Open

When I click on shortcut on my desktop my login screen will not come up for me to login. I tried several time to repair Ninja but nothing works. It worked fine yesterday morning then later in the day while trading my screen froze and turned white and went blank. I attempted to restart computer and it went into so kind of update that took a while but finally finished and after that I could not get on Ninja at all, can't even get login screen to show up. Should I try to uninstall the whole platform and start over?

Are you able to open ninjatrader from your program files nt8 bin folder? If so create a new shortcut from the application in that folder to desktop

No it won't open. I just uninstalled the whole thing and reinstalled and it still won't open when i click on icon.

I created a new shortcut from the new program file and when I click to open I see blue circle spin twice and thats it nothing happens. No login screen. Its crazy.

Thank you for posting.

Please go to Documents->NinjaTrader 8->Rename the UI.xml file to UIOld.xml then attempt open NinjaTrader.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

You need to delete the NinjaTrader 8 folder in My Documents when uninstalling, or else it doesn't count and you're just reopening the same thing
