Error of Unhandled exception

Hello everybodies
I'm not able to run Ninjatrader 8, cause of an error of unhandled exception. Yesterday I've seen that I wasn't able to upload the NQ charts and this moring i'm not able to connect datas (data simulation).
I attache herewith a screenshot

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport@ninjatrader[dot]com.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
