I hope I can get some help here because my Ninjatrader is out of wack right now. When I attempt to enable my strategy from the strategies tab I get a weird error message (attached) but when I select the debug option, my platform shuts down completely. I've cleared the cache, restarted my computer, and deleted and redownloaded the Ninja platform. On top of it all, my sim and live accounts aren't loading up anymore. Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice would be amazing as I'm on the sidelines right now.

Hello,

Please send us your log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so we may investigate this further. In the subject of your email include ATTN: Brandon H and in the body of the email include a link to this forum post.
Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.?.?.?)
- Is the strategy from a third-party developer or did you program this strategy yourself?
- If you programmed this strategy yourself, did you use the Strategy Builder window or the NinjaScript Editor window?
