Multiple Monitor Setup Chart Errors

Hi,

Looking for assistance on a multiple monitor (12x) setup please. Charts display accurately on main display, but when moving to some monitors in the setup the chart displays incorrectly and the error below displays in the log:

A direct X error has occurred while rendering the chart: HRESULT: 0x887A0022
Module Uknown.Apicode.Unknown, Message: A resource is not available at the time of the call, but may become available later

Windows is completely up to date, NinjaTrader installation repaired and up to date, graphics drivers reinstalled and new profile on computer tested.

Any advice on resolving or what may be causing the error?

Hi Christopher, thanks for coming back to me. I do not have access to the computer at the moment, we are IT company assisting a client with the errors. I do have a download of the log and trace files. Can I forward these to you directly?

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
