Historical Tick Data from IB data

I have a client who is based in the UAE.
Because of this, he has to get his data from IB, however, he is having issues with historical tick data.

I get that IB does not provide it, but what I cannot find is a workaround for this. As someone previously mentioned, regardless of saving live data as historical, he can only see the chart from the current session, which is no good since one of the indicators heavily relies on previous candles.

Is there a workaround to this? Or failing that, is there a broker that provides historical tick data to users in the UAE?

That would be the last resort tbh as it involves another fee!

Unfortunately to receive historical Tick data you would be required to connect to a second provider that offers this level of data and there is not a workaround within the platform to force this data from IB servers.
