I have two NT8 identical setups, on a laptop and PC. Both have the CQG and Kinetick data feeds configured with the exact same usernames and passwords.
There is no problem logging onto both data feeds on the laptop.
On the PC logons for both fail , "username or password are incorrect".
The problems started after I attempted to import an NT8 backup from the laptop to the PC. Got a message that the backup failed. The backup deleted my CQG and Kinetick credentials.
So I re-entered the same ones that I had been using... those continue to work fine on the laptop.
This problem happens on the PC when NT8 is NOT running on the laptop. There is no multiple device login problem.
