Orange entry bar caused position to open overnight

Lately, I have been having a random weird issue with some positions that I open. Basically, I open the position with an ATM order and all is fine. But then sometimes when I move my target/stop loss, the bar turns orange and I can no longer move it or close it. Yesterday, I believe it happened with a long position I was in which I ended up closing at some point, but the orange bar (which was a stop loss that I moved up) still remained opened. That caused a short position to open at 3:16am this morning as the market moved into it.

I have never had this issue before and it just started happening the past week. Any idea what's happening here?
