Hi There NinjaTrader,
I have the CME Top of Book Level 1 data package.

I can not load GE Eurodollar. My charts are just blank.

What may be the issue?

Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that the GE contract symbole was retired for the SOFR contract.

In your Instrument selection, please type in SOFR and choose either the 1 month or 3 month contract for the Eurodollar futures:

I actually can't get either the one or 3 months contract symbol to load.

It's just a blank chart.

This is on SR1 03-24, SR1 JUN24, SR1 MAR2024

Can't get it to work.

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
