commission table doesn't match new published rates

According to the website, the commission rates went up February 1. I did a database update for the commission tables, but my tables are still showing the old rates. Also, as a side note, MCL hasn't had a rate in the last couple tables.

I have the latest commissions pdf from the website (referenced in your reply). I'm wondering why the commissions tables in the platform don't match the pdf.
