Thanks for your post and for using NinjaTrader!
Intermittent disconnections can be indicative of local area network connectivity problems or obstructions. I'd advise that you shut down your PC and modem for 30 seconds, then restart. This is called a power cycle and can clear internal caches that may result in poor connectivity.
If this does not resolve the poor connectivity, please feel free to contact us via email and we'd be happy to look further into the issue. You can send us an email from the platform by going to Help > Email Support. Please make sure to include a description of the behavior and that 'log and trace files' is selected (it is enabled by default) and one of our techs will be happy to help.
