Trouble connecting to NinjaTrader

I am writing you because I am having a trouble to connect to NinjaTrader. This is a screenshot of that error:

I have already restarted my computer, but the problem is still appearing and previously it was working correctly.

Thank you for your post.

Please make sure that the connection within NinjaTrader has your username and password.

Please go to Connections -> configure.

Find the connection called "MiNinjaTrader" whatever name you have given it.

Set the properties on the right with your username and password (not optional in this case)

Set the account type as "Simulation" / "Live" account (depending on if you have a live account or not)

Apply and OK. Then go back to Connections and click on the connection you just saved.
