It appears our reply got posted to the duplicate post. I've copy/pasted our resolution below:

If resetting instruments is not resolving this error, you may want to try renaming the database file. To do so, shutdown NinjaTrader and go to Documents/NinjaTrader 8/DB and right click the 'NinjaTrader.sdf' file and rename it. Then restart the platform.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.
