errors on TDA TSLA option data download and IB option sending order

Hi,
I'm planning to trade options using TDA data connection and sending orders to Interactive Brokers. But I have 2 following errors:

1. many symbols can download data from TDA rather ok except TSLA with error message: "Unhandled exception: Trying to add more than one call option for the same strike"
2. there is error when I send my option order to IB with this error message: "Error validating request-'bS': cause - Please enter a valid security type affected Order:..."

Can you please send me an email from within NinjaTrader Desktop as per the instructions below so I can investigate the two issues.

• Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
• Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
• Enter "Att Jason, 04258582" in the "Subject" field
• Under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry', please enter any text.
• Make sure 'Log and trace files' is enabled
• Click Send
