how to make a duplicate of a drawing tool

i have a drawing tool i want to make a duplicate so i have 2 load on the platform . i tried save as another name but it the plarform sees it as the same . What do i need to rename in the file to load a second tool doing the same features .? see file attached

Is the Drawing tool you are working with, a tool coded by yourself, or was it acquired from a 3rd party?

If it is your own coded drawing tool, please contact our engineering team at
