Unable to load dashboard

I have recently had to factory reset my laptop to remove some issues with it.

I am now attempting to download NT and run it from this laptop however I have lost access to the browser dashboard.

The dashboard flashes for about half a second then swaps to another page, I have tried to manually enter the address but I am having no such luck.
