Price not moving

Hey there,
Yesterday everything was fine, today the price just got stuck at 17504 on the MNQ and doesn't want to move. Tried restarting ninja trader, tried opening a new workspace, tried clearing the internet cache from the command prompt, nothing works. Would be greatly appreciated if someone helps!

Please send in your log and trace files to [email protected] so that we may look into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.

As I open NT 8 now, the price is moving normally, but the bars from 16:00 until 17:00 (this is 9-10 AM EST, I am in UTC plus 2) seem to be missing.
