Is this type of order management possible?

Hello,

I have a question about orders in Ninja Trader. I'm not talking about coding/Ninja Script (although I would like to explore that also), but in the graphical interface. Here's what I'd like to do:

Place 2 orders. Both with pre-set stop and take profit. If order #1 ends in a loss, order #2 will automatically get triggered in (this is just due to the fact that the entry of the 2nd order being at the same price as the stop loss price of the 1st order...nothing fancy here). However, this is the part I'm wondering about - if order #1 ends in a win, order #2 should be automatically cancelled. Is that possible in NinjaTrader?

Hello Jamie,

Unfortunately this is not supported when trading manually. There is no option to have order #2 cancel when order #1 results in profit.

If you like to do this in NinjaScript with an automated strategy and need assistance, please create a new thread under NinjaTrader Desktop - Strategy Development.
