Ninjatrader Can't Find Indicator License
Hello,
I would like to ask if anyone has had any experiences with I Turning Points and TP Renko for Ninjatrader 8. I have it installed and everything was working fine and then Ninjatrader tells me it cannot find the indicator license and as a result the TP Renko charts won't load. It ask's for my license which was supposedly sent in an email which i did not receive when i purchased the indicator. As i don't have the email with the license code i cannot relicense the indicator. I have tried to contact these people using their contact website but it refuses to work at all and they will not answer any personal emails. This leads me to beleive that these people are using Ninjatrader to operate something which is nothing more than a scam to take your money. Any assistance would be appreciated.
