How to achieve highest tick/update rate on live data

Hello, I am new to the Ninjatrader platform.

I am using the desktop app with a powerful pc and a stable gigabit Ethernet connection. Is there anything I can do to maximize the update/tick rate of the incoming market data? Both the update frequency as well as the recency of the data.
