Commissions - Beginner trader

Hi All,

I placed a number of trades on the MNQ today (each trade with 5 contracts, take profit of 2 points and stop loss at 5 points). My trading day ended with $20 in gross profit but almost -$30 in realised PnL. I'm assuming this is because of the commissions structure but I've got no idea how that works. Can someone kindly clarify this please? I've got the commisions set to ninjatrader brokerage lifetime.

• Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
• To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
• Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
• Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
• Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
• Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
