ATM orders not working correctly when windows are closed

I've been having a multitude of issues with ATM orders triggering or not triggering when the software is closed, is this common?
I have an example from last night. I held this contract overnight but neither the take profit which hit first triggered, nor did the stop loss that followed.

AS you can see I entered long in the red square, and there are clearly ATM orders, which from what I know can only be input at the time of entry, so why didn't they trigger?

Thank you for your inquiry.

Please note that limit orders (which are used for the Profit Target in ATM Strategies) are never guaranteed to trigger. This depends wholly and entirely upon market dynamics, and this is regardless of whether the platform or opened or closed.

In this case, the orders did not fill because they are being placed to the Sim101 account. When you shut down the platform, those orders no longer exist until you bring the platform back because the Sim101 account and it's simulator depend entirely upon the platform being open.
