Database apparently missing? Will Strategies save?

Folks, there is no Ninjatrader.SQLITE file in my DB directory, so I'm not sure if my strategies will save?

I have about 200 strategies specified. When I save my workspace, I expect a corresponding Ninjatrader.SQLITE file to be present in my /DB directory. However, all I have is a Ninjatrader.sdf file. Therefore, I'm apprehensive that if I quit NT and restart, the charts will load but not the strategies. A quick check of my Log and Trace files shows no SQL errors. Furthermore, I have no add-ins present.

Thank you very much for your post.

This would indicate you are using NinjaTrader 8.0.26.1 or older. This uses an SQL Server Compact Edition (SDF) database file.

To update to the SQLITE database, please update your NinjaTrader installation on this PC, e.g. to 8.0.28.0.

Which version of NinjaTrader is installed?

Check your Help > About.

Regardless of which database you have, I don't think
that the database file itself has anything to do with
saving the strategies in your workspace.
