an order stuck to chart. won't delete
i have an order stuck to my chart. i tried right clicking, then clicking cancel order. but, nothing happens - it just stays there.Tags: None

Thank you for posting.
If your inquiry involves live orders, please always reach out to your broker's Orders Desk immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.
If your trade(s) are with NinjaTrader Brokerage, you can contact NinjaTrader Brokerage Order Desk by emailing [email protected].
Once you have closed the positions/orders with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.- Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections
- Go to Tools->Database Management
- Expand Repair DB
- Click Repair
- Once finished restart NinjaTrader
If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.- From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
- Right click on your simulation account and select 'Edit Account'
- Press the "Reset" button

thanks for the reply. it was a pending order. so no sweat. i'll be sure to do that if its ever a live order. repairing the database worked!
