I'm new to the platform and learning in simulation mode. When I dig into the commissions settings I'm getting confused.
I see a Per-unit commission under settings, but for ES E-Mini contracts, it doesn't match either the Itemized Fees or All in Rates shown on the website. It also has higher fees for the monthly membership than the lifetime. What should I use?
