NT8 Keeps crashing

Have a weird situation, everytime i adjust my volume in Windows, it crashed the NT8 desktop. Is there a way to tell in the logs whats going on? Thanks

The log file may include details of what occurred. Could you send us these files?

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief note in the message referring to this post.

Unfortunately, it seems our "Email Support" server might be temporarily unreachable due to maintenance.

To ensure we can assist you without delay, could you send us the log & trace files manually? To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com with a link to this post
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
