Issue installing an add-on with the folder documents at D:

Hi,

I have my Documents folder at D/:
NinjaTrader is running and working ok. I have other indicators and addons installed and going ok, but when I tried with another I got this error message:

Error on calling 'OnWindowCreated' method: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx (ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at USMKawjqBjdhMosPaFn.WZWTpLMVRi(ProcessStartInfo , USMKawjqBjdhMosPaFn )

I'm missing files with my installation, or where is the file missed in this error?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.?.?.?)

Did you create the custom NinjaScript addon you are trying to import onto your platform or was the NinjaScript addon created by a third-party developer?

Does the error message only appear when importing the addon by going to Tools > Import > NinjaScript AddOn?

Please send us your log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so we may investigate this further. In the subject of your email include ATTN: Brandon H and in the body of the email include a link to this forum post.

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
