Negative aspect ratios on Gann Fan tool

Hello.

In the Gann Fan drawing tool, if I add an angle with a negative aspect ratio, for example duplicate the 1x8 and make it -1x8, it only works when Fan Direction is DownLeft or UpLeft.

If used with directions to the right, the line just seems to overlap its normal counterpart (with a positive aspect ratio).

Is this how it should work?

Yes, I am also able to reproduce this behavior on my end.

It is expected for these values to work with positive values only as the system is not meant to account for negatives. You could use two different fans and set them to different directions in this case.
