NT 8.1.2.1 re-install unable to configure connections

Hello NT Team.
I hit a problem where the NT 8.1.2.1 compiler went into a loop, freezing the platform to the point where I had to use Task Manager to close it down. When I tried to restart, I received this error message:
"Unable to load NinjaTrader custom assembly. Please reinstall NinjaTrader: Could not find a part of the path."
Following the instructions on another thread, I renamed the NinjaTrader 8 folder in Documents as NinjaTrader 8 Old, uninstalled NinjaTrader and then re-installed NT 8.1.2.1.
I copied the folders and files from the NT 8 Old folder. back to the NT 8 directory. However when I restarted NT, my CQG Continuum feed was missing and there is no Configure button in the Connections window to add the feed. Also, the Vendor Licensing tool is missing and when I try to import the Licensing zip file, the Control Center freezes.
I would appreciate your help.

Skip the part where you copied the NT 8 old folder, and just do a clean reinstall of NT. Then import the addons you need again.

To access the 'configure' option for connections, go to Tools > Options and check the 'Multi provider mode' option then restart the platform.

With regard to the Vendor Licensing import causing the platform to freeze, please contact us via email and we'd be happy to look into it. If you're a vendor, I would advise reaching to our Vendor Support department to start.
