Erratic behaviour NT8 8.0.28.0 64-bit

Hi,
I am seeing erratic behavior from NT8 this morning. A few times data connection freezes i.e. connection "LED" bottom of control panel shows green but data is not updating. Disconnecting data feed NT continuum and reconnecting does not clear the problem. Restarting NT8 clears the data connection problem for a while but then it re-occurs. A couple of times on restart standard indicator on panel 2 does not show and remains blank.
I checked my internet connection and speed it is as normal for other days.
Connection to another data feed showed the same problems and one time after connecting the DOM buy (bid quantity) numbers were showing but sell (ask) quantities were not showing.

I have a lifetime license and was told once that version 8.1.xxxx made mandatrory of having internet on and one could not work off line as with version 8.0.xxxxx

please let me know what is needed..

• Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
• To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
• Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
• Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
• Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
• Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
  • Expand the "Other files" > Check the box next to "Database files"
• Send the email

thanks, I will gather that information together and hope to send it today. I did not take any screen shots yesterday but will try to get some today if I see similar behavior.
