    Apex/Rithmic account missing

    I added a Rithmic + Apex connection following all the instructions and when I connect it is successful.. but it only activates the Sim101 connection, not the live Rithmic account (but it definitely authenticates to Rithmic). I've gone through this setup several times over and I cannot make any progress... I uninstalled and re-installed NT, I renamed the sqlite file, completely out of ideas on how to get this to work.

    I don't know if it makes a difference but I already had a NinjaTrader account and funded it, so I did not apply the license key shown by Apex because I already had one from NinjaTrader.

    You need to import the license key to your NinjaTrader account.

        How do you import the license key? under settings -> plans -> import key it fails. Chat Bot says license key is no longer needed after 8.1

          Hello jkthimgan,

          Thank you for the message.

          Newer users who made their username after July 19th, 2024 don't have to worry about the Evaluation License key.

          If you made your username before that and it isn't letting you import the license key:
          • Send an email to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com
          • Include your NinjaTrader Username
          • Let us know that you need help activating the Evaluation (Rithmic) Entitlement and we will help add it in manually.

          A user may verify if this has been activated by signing into their NinjaTrader Platform and looking in the Help menu:
          • Sign into NinjaTrader with your NinjaTrader Username
          • Go to the Control Center > Help > About
            • If you have the "Evaluation (Rithmic)" Entitlement, it is in there and you should be able to connect and see your evaluation account.

          This Entitlement would NOT prevent the connection from turning green and accessing real-time data.
          • Not having it prevents you from seeing the Evaluation accounts once connected.
          • So, if you cannot connect, it has nothing to do with this Entitlement, but is an issue with your connection settings or account.
