NQ Historical Tick Data

Hi there

I'm currently backtesting a strategy using the strategy analyzer on NinjaTrader 8.

The analyzer seems to be limited to 2023 data. And cannot use any data from 2022, 2021 etc.

I did some research online, and I understand that the strategy analyzer uses historical data and not market replay data. Is this correct?

I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get hold of older NQ tick data?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Correct, NinjaTrader has up to 1 year of historical data on our servers.

If you want older data, you would need to obtain it from a third-party data provider, such as Kinetick or IQ Feed.
