    How do I Input a second brokerage account?

    I already started with Apex, now I am looking to add on Takeprofit and Topstep, but I don't get the option to add other licences?

    Thank you very much for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

    If you have already migrated the Apex-provided license key, it would enable all Rithmic-based evaluation accounts. This means it would not be necessary to import an additional key to connect to other Rithmic-based providers.

    To connect, please click on Connections > Configure and create a new "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" connection using the credentials you've received from Takeprofit or Topstep.

    Please note: It is not currently possible to connect to more than one Rithmic-based account at the same time, as the underlying API does not support this. To connect to e.g. Topstep, you would have to first disconnect from Apex, as long as both are Rithmic accounts.

      No, I am using tradovate only, so I added Takeprofit, but the connection doesn't work. How to fix this?

        Could you send me your log & trace files? I can then best assist you further.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

        Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

            Topstep tradovate doesn't work with NinjaTrader, you'll get an error that says client app prohibited, ask topstep about it

              Fair enough, but we should have no issue with Takeprofit non?

                This is correct, the Takeprofit account should encounter no issues.
