Help finding a developer for strategy development

Hello, is there a place where I can post my strategy development ideas and have someone look and it and possibly take to job? I know there is a list of developers here but I have no idea who to choose, I’d like to post my idea and see who has interest and go from there. Any idea s?

I'm a developer and have my own strategy project in NT8. I might be able to help you. In the process of becoming an NT8 vendor but have not yet completed it yet.
