unable to switch from my Sim101 account to my real account

Hello,

I am encountering an issue where I'm unable to switch from my SIM101 account to my real account. When I enable a strategy, it consistently directs to the simulation account. I have disabled the 'Global Simulation Mode' in the Control Center, but unfortunately, it doesn't make any difference.

When I go to the Account Tab and right-click, there is no option available to activate the real account.

Thank you for your post.

I have moved your post into a new thread as it did not pertain to the old topic.

When you add a strategy in the Strategies tab of the Control Center (right click > New Strategy), change the selected 'Account' from the strategy's properties, then click OK to add the strategy with your live account selected.

Please note, do not change the account after the strategy has been enabled, as this can cause 'Unable to cancel order' errors.

Instead, add a new instance of the strategy with the 'Account' parameter set to your live account.

I've followed the instructions provided, and now I've successfully activated the strategies for my real account. I appreciate your guidance in resolving this matter.
