    Opening New SIM Account

    Hi,

    I tried to open a New SIM Account. It says "there's already a sim account with this name." But as you can see there is no sim account with that name. At least it does not show on dashboard.

    Hello AttiM,

    Thank you for the message.

    Please switch the platform into Multi-provider Mode and then the Local Simulation accounts like Sim101 or a manually made one will work as expected.
    After signing back in, manually re-configure your connection using the new "NinjaTrader" connection type along with the same username and password you just used to open the platform:From here, you would be able to create and edit the Simulation accounts as expected.
