Can not see Dashboard after login to enter my License Key

i've Ninjatrader License Key, i got it from Apex.
when i login to my account with Ninja, i can not see the dashboard as per their instructions to enter the license before download
can you help please

If both links do not work for you, please send me an email at "support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com" that includes the username you enter in the Account Dashboard as well as the license key you try to import. Put 'Att Jason, 04228246' in the subject field of the email.
