I need hekp with the destop Simulator

How can I delete the Demo account I have now and create a new one? Also, right clicking on the demo account gives the option to add a simulator account. I create a new account, and the program shows a message that a disconnect is needed to use the new account. After disconnecting, the new account doesn't show up anywhere. If I try to create the account again, I get a message that an account of that name already exists! Well where is it? It isn't showing up under the accounts tab.

Thank you very much for reaching out.

To add a simulation account in the latest version of NinjaTrader, you will need to turn on Multi-provider mode first.

Once the platform is open, go to "Tools" -> Options -> and make sure that the "Multi Providers" option is enabled.

Then you will see the "Sim101" account appear (local simulation account). You can then also right click and then add additional simulation accounts if you please.
