Why my stop loss got fill earlier

I saw this in the demo account and wondered why my stop loss got filled earlier than what I set. As per the attached, I set the stop lost for my sell order contract at 4964.50, but it got filled at 4960.50. If this does not get filled, I would have got the profit when it dropped. Even if it did not drop to the limit buy, I still see that it could come back and I might just buy it back when it starts to bound.

This makes me wonder if I can trust the system. Can anyone please explain?

Even though this was on a DEMO account, we take order submission issues on a case by case basis and need to review the platform files to investigate what may have occured.

Please answer all of the following:

• What Order ID was assigned to this order? You can check in the Executions or Orders tab of the Control Center.
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide tbis screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
