Lagging data from Rythmic

Dear team,
Happy friday.

This week I had a couple of days issues with the data feed from Rythmic. For instance, it seems that the data feed was lagging because I had limit orders that got filled even when the price in the chart didnt actually reach that level.

The lagging issue is the only reason i can think of for this to happen.

I have 3 questions for you:
- Could you please report this issue to Rythmic and are there any other people iwth this issue?
- Is there any way to fix this issue or do a check before starting the trading day?
- If not, is there any way to monitor and/or anticipate when data is lagging so I can disconnect the automatic strategies?

Might be just you because I didn't have any lag with my Rithmic data feed, although I'm running it through NinjaMobileTrader vps and the latency to Rithmic servers is as low as it gets

Rythmic is also lagging for me. 1-2 times per week. It happens after regular open. Sometimes it's more than 1 second (measured with chartlag indicator). Only restart of NT helps. NT staff says it's my windows clock but I always sync it before trading.

Hi backtester831, thanks for your reply. Interesting i didnt know about this vps. Is it like a dedicated server that doesnt depend on your home wifi connection?
Is it possible to do it with NT desktop or just mobile?

I'm doing it with my desktop, and sometimes I check on my automated strategies through my phone, but mostly use it through my desktop.

It's a dedicated server that's independent from your home wifi, so I leave my automated strategies running on it while I got about my day.
