Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.
If you are looking to use NinjaTrader's native Order Flow tools you would be required to have a subscription to this as it is not included with the general installation of NinjaTrader. It's not that you aren't able to see tick charts, these are still fine to use - it's when you introduce tools that are exclusive to the NinjaTrader Order Flow set that will return with the message.
