Not loading chart

I have the CME as a data provider and in principle I should be able to see the G6 (MAR 24) futures contract (eur/usd).
I have used tools to add the instrument, then I have loaded historical data and finally added a new graph, but nothing is displayed.

Any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong?

The euro future instrument can be loaded as 6E 03-24 within the platform.

6E is the EUR/USD currency pair future.

GE is eurodollars

Anyway, according to the image I passed, CME should also provide data on GE (although that was not my interest)

Eurodollar futures were changed to SOFR futures because LIBOR ceased
