Dec exp on FDAX

Hi can any one please help I want to trade FDAX and it is only showing a DEC 2023 expiry date when I go to new chart.

How do I get it to update to show what I presume would be a MAR2024 exp the same as ES


I have tried to upload a screen shot to her but it wont let me.

Hello Bread,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Database Management. Click the Rollover button under 'Rollover futures instruments'. This will rollover futures instruments to the current expiry month.


You can also type in the instrument in the Instrument field of most NinjaTrader windows. For example:

• Left click in the Instrument field first and hit Backspace on your keyboard.
• Type in FDAX MAR24 and hit Enter on your keyboard.

If you like to add instruments to instrument lists, please perform the steps below.

• Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Lists.
• Click the instrument list on the left side.
• Click add on the right.
• Type FDAX MAR24 and hit Enter on your keyboard.
