SFT-671 - For real this time

Folks, do you have any insight as to what prevents meaningful progress on enhancement request SFT-671? This is the enhancement request to prevent error popups. In my case, testing 100+ strategies in simulation mode against a live market, these error message can quickly swamp the machine.

I've found dozens of posts requesting this feature, going back to 2008. Given the loud voice making this request, it's difficult to fathom why NT hasn't acted upon this request? It's tempting to blame NT being tone-deaf, but given how responsive you are to users on this forum, I don't think that's the right answer. Likewise, it's not a grueling technical matter, as this can be done in less than 20 lines of code. Therefore, I'm left head-scratching. Given its ease of implementation and many requests, why NT hasn't actually done something on this is a sincere mystery.

So my question: What would it take to get SFT-671 implemented in the next release?
