    Market Data Subscription credentials v8.0

    I have a market data subscription that I use for v8.1 that automatically connects when I log in. I need to test a 3rd party indicator that as of now is only compatible with v8.0. I completely uninstalled v8.1 and loaded v8.0. As with v8.0 I have to manually input my credentials for NinjaTrader Continuum. I tried using the same credentials for v8.1 to connect to NinjaTrader Continuum in v8.0, but I'm unable to connect. Do I have different credentials in order to connect my market data subscription in v8.0?

    Hello Tavor,

    When using the NinjaTrader Continuum connection you will need to use your CQG-based username and password.

    If you are unsure of what these are you may request a password reset using the steps below.

    You can initiate a platform password reset for your NinjaTrader Brokerage account by following these steps:
    1. Log into your NinjaTrader Client Dashboard
    2. Navigate to the icon on the upper right-hand corner of the page
    3. Select Profile from the drop-down menu
    4. The second section on the page says Platform Password Reset, you will want to select Reset
      1. You will also see your CQG-based username here
    5. An email will be sent to the address on file with the account from [email protected] with a link to update your NinjaTrader platform password

      Thank you for sending instructions. There's something that's not making sense with my client dashboard when I select Profile from the drop-down menu. My profile displays the following: User Profile, Contact Information, Financial Information, Trading Experience. There is no section on the page that says 'Platform NinjaTrader Continuum Password Reset' as you mentioned or as instructed in the article. Any ideas?
